Important Note: Do not discard the original packaging you received with the shipping label and tracking code, as it is essential for the customer to present the packaging to activate the product warranty.

Our main commitment is your complete satisfaction. If you have chosen a product in our online store and upon receiving it, you are not satisfied or find any manufacturing defect, we ensure your right to exchange or return in two cases: Dissatisfaction with the product: Within a period of 7 (seven) consecutive days from receipt (the customer can request a refund or replacement of the product, excluding promotional products, by returning the received product).

Defective Product: Within a period of 30 (thirty) consecutive days from receipt (in this case, the customer is not entitled to a refund, only to exchange for the defective product and always for a product identical to the replaced model), in cases of defects such as damaged glass or screen, evident scratches, missing parts, the customer has the right to activate the warranty if they contact us within a maximum period of 24 hours after receipt, and they must always send images of the received package.

If the customer contacts us after 24 hours, it will be considered that the problem was caused by improper use. Exchange or return does not apply to cases of product refund in transit, after receipt, or after the 7-day warranty period, without express written consent. In all situations, the first step is to contact our Customer Service Center by email: contactflawlegs@gmail.com.

Our team will guide the customer on how to proceed with the product return. All costs related to product return by mail are the customer's responsibility.

However, the shipping cost entitles the customer to a discount coupon for the amount spent on shipping (which must always be the standard service; in case the customer sends by a faster service, the discount coupon will be for the value of the standard service) for a future purchase.

The next purchase, for the customer to take advantage of the discount coupon, must be at least the same value as the product to be replaced. Return of the product due to dissatisfaction: The product must show no signs of use. In the case of watches, links must not have been removed from the strap for adjustment.

The product must be sent as received, with the original packaging (mail packaging, with label); otherwise, the refund or exchange will not be made. Once we receive the package, we will conduct an analysis to confirm that everything complies with the conditions for returning the item.

After confirmation, our Customer Service team will contact you, and in this case, you can choose between:

2.1. Exchange it for any other product available in our inventory;

2.2. Receive a refund of the amount spent on the products (in case of return within the first 5 days after receipt). Warranty: To verify the problem, the customer must contact our warranty department only by email through the following email: contactflawlegs@gmail.com.

The customer must report the defect along with the order number and describe the problem in writing for our technicians to assess it.

All store products have a 15-day warranty (except for specific promotion products, such as giveaways and Buy 1 Get 1 Free), counted from the receipt of the product. To activate the warranty, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute demonstrating the problem; in this video, the packaging of the received product (mail packaging, with label) must also be shown; it is essential that the packaging is shown in the video.

The customer can also demonstrate the defect by sending us photos that clearly show the problem and where the packaging of the product is visible.

If the customer cannot make the video or send the photo, it will be necessary to send us the product to our address for analysis; the cost of this shipment is borne by the customer, but the expense entitles the customer to a discount coupon for the value of the standard shipping, according to the point 1.3 above.
